The Michelin star chef who combines haute cuisine with the essence of Italy.

Born in 1991 in Guardia Perticara, a picturesque village in Basilicata, Italy, Antonio Salvatore has transformed haute cuisine with his innovative approach and respect for Italian traditions. In 2021, he became one of the youngest chefs to receive a Michelin star, thanks to his work at the prestigious Rampoldi restaurant, located in the heart of Monte Carlo.

Founded in 1946, Rampoldi has been a meeting place for the European elite for decades. Under the direction of Antonio Salvatore, the restaurant has revamped its culinary offering, fusing traditional Italian recipes with modern techniques and a focus on carefully selected seasonal ingredients.

Among his most notable creations are reinterpretations such as saffron risotto with white truffle and homemade pasta stuffed with burrata and caviar, dishes that combine sophistication and authenticity in every bite.

Interesting anecdote: Salvatore attributes his passion for cooking to the flavours of his childhood in Basilicata, where he learned to value the simplicity and quality of local ingredients, a philosophy that guides each of his menus.

At God Save The Coffee, we admire Antonio Salvatore's dedication to preserving and reinventing Italian tradition by introducing his Gourmet Oil . His approach inspires our mission to offer products that combine art, flavor and excellence.
