Romantic Recipe with the "Soulmates" Pack

Bruschetta of Love with Coratina EVOO, Burrata and Coffee in Balsamic Reduction

Ingredients (for 2 people):

• Toasted rustic bread or focaccia
• Fresh burrata
• Confit cherry tomatoes
• Dehesa El Molinillo Coratina EVOO
• Balsamic reduction (homemade with Bocca della Verità coffee)
• Flaked salt, black pepper
• Fresh basil leaves

Balsamic reduction with coffee (optional):

1. In a saucepan, put 1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar + 2 tablespoons of Bocca della Verità ground coffee.
2. Add 1 tablespoon of brown sugar.
3. Reduce over low heat until thickened (5-8 min).
4. Strain and set aside.

Romantic assembly:

1. Place the burrata in the center of each slice.
2. Add cherry tomatoes and basil.
3. Drizzle generously with Coratina EVOO.
4. Finish with a few drops of the coffee balsamic reduction and flaked salt.

Serve with a lit candle and a cup of Bocca della Verità espresso.
