Power and freshness from an extreme vineyard
Nacelcanto 2022 is a reflection of a high-altitude dehesa vineyard, between 659 and 705 meters, on raña soils, stony and clayey formations with more than two million years of history.
At Dehesa El Molinillo, the vines face an extreme climate, with cold winters, intense summers, and a temperature range that allows for slow and balanced ripening.
The 2022 vintage was the warmest in 25 years and pushed the vine to its limits, concentrating its essence in a wine made with Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Touriga Nacional.
Nacelcanto 2022 presents aromas of black fruits, olives, and spices, combined with a smoky background. The palate is full-bodied and enveloping, with silky tannins. Aged in French oak barrels and terracotta amphorae, it displays a perfect balance of power and freshness.
The essence of Dehesa El Molinillo reds. Nacelcanto reflects the purity of the vineyard and the strength of the soil, with a combination of freshness, depth, and structure. A wine with its own identity, born from an extreme and authentic landscape.

Living Nature
The Dehesa El Molinillo olive grove is lost beyond the eye. Thousands of centuries have passed over this land, which today houses countless centuries-old olive trees, always cared for with the utmost respect. An organic cultivation in which each tree, each olive, and the fruit extracted from it (pure natural juice) are treated with absolute veneration. To achieve this, we need only look back and produce it as it has always been done: allowing each olive tree to express itself with complete freedom.
