Accuracy from altitude
La Rous is the purest expression of our high-altitude vineyard. Made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon planted on a stony plain of Quaternary origin, it matures slowly, exposed to sharp temperature contrasts and a climate that makes each vintage unique.
The 2023 vintage was one of the most atypical, with unusual rainfall and an extreme summer that required precise vineyard management. The result is a vibrantly fresh wine with notes of currant, red plum, and subtle hints of spice.
Its barrel aging provides texture and complexity without compromising precision. On the palate, it's lively, with tense acidity and a long, elegant finish. A gastronomic wine, full of character and authenticity, that reflects the uniqueness of its origin.

Living Nature
The Dehesa El Molinillo olive grove is lost beyond the eye. Thousands of centuries have passed over this land, which today houses countless centuries-old olive trees, always cared for with the utmost respect. An organic cultivation in which each tree, each olive, and the fruit extracted from it (pure natural juice) are treated with absolute veneration. To achieve this, we need only look back and produce it as it has always been done: allowing each olive tree to express itself with complete freedom.
