Fagottini Stuffed with Apple 200g
Taxes not included
Delicate Italian cookies with a compote heart, tradition baked into every bite.
Flavor and aroma:
A perfect balance between smooth butter and the natural freshness of apple, enhanced with subtle notes of cinnamon. Sweet, slightly spiced, and fruity, like an Italian kitchen in winter. Tender, crumbly dough that melts in your mouth, revealing a juicy heart.
There are flavors that embrace you. That taste like home, like memories, like calm afternoons. Such are Flamigni's apple fagottini: small packets of thin, crispy dough, carefully baked, filled with soft and aromatic apple compote.
Made in Italy by Flamigni, master pastry chefs since 1930, these bites respect the tradition of artisanal confectionery: quality ingredients, simple recipes, and slow processes that guarantee texture and flavor.
Each fagottino is an invitation to pause, to enjoy unhurriedly. Perfect to accompany coffee, tea, or as a sweet treat to share.

Originality, novelty and freshness

At Flamigni, innovation and tradition come together in the pursuit of taste and quality.

History of the “Flamigni” House
Its founders, brothers Armando, Lieto, and Aurelio Flamigni, opened their pastry shop in Piazza Saffi, Forlì, back in 1930. Within a few years, their shops had multiplied, becoming a must-visit for all travelers from the north vacationing on the Adriatic Riviera. Everything changed in the 1970s thanks to the vision of the new owner, Marco Buli, son-in-law of one of the founders, who managed to increase production while maintaining the same quality standards, first for turrón, the star product of those years, and then, from the 1980s onward, also for baked goods, particularly panettone. The company continues to offer specialty products today, paying attention to every detail, from the selection of ingredients to the packaging.
