Delicate butter pastries filled with an exquisite forest fruit mixture.
Flavor and aroma:
A reinterpretation of the classic tartlet, where the sweet dough is already baked and filled with flavor. Ideal for events, brunches, or as an easy and surprising gourmet dessert.
There are sweets that awaken the senses from the first bite. Flamigni's forest fruit fagottini combine the lightness of a flaky, golden, and crispy pastry with the intensity of a red fruit filling: raspberries, blackberries, blueberries… that vibrant mix of sweetness and acidity that provides freshness and personality.
Made in Italy by Flamigni, a pastry house with over 90 years of history, these small bites are the result of tradition and craftsmanship: slow processes, selected ingredients, and great care in every detail.
Perfect for those looking for more than a traditional sweet, for those who enjoy surprising, balancing, and memorable flavors.

Originality, novelty and freshness

At Flamigni, innovation and tradition come together in the pursuit of taste and quality.

History of the “Flamigni” House
Its founders, brothers Armando, Lieto, and Aurelio Flamigni, opened their pastry shop in Piazza Saffi, Forlì, back in 1930. Within a few years, their shops had multiplied, becoming a must-visit for all travelers from the north vacationing on the Adriatic Riviera. Everything changed in the 1970s thanks to the vision of the new owner, Marco Buli, son-in-law of one of the founders, who managed to increase production while maintaining the same quality standards, first for turrón, the star product of those years, and then, from the 1980s onward, also for baked goods, particularly panettone. The company continues to offer specialty products today, paying attention to every detail, from the selection of ingredients to the packaging.
