Cherry Stuffed Fagottini 200g
Taxes not included
Italian butter bites with a cherry heart.
Taste and aroma:
Golden and buttery exterior, melting in the mouth. Inside, a cherry filling with a jam-like texture and a fresh contrast thanks to lemon.
Aftertaste: Fruity, balanced, and persistent.
Ideal for palates: That seek the balance between soft sweetness, homemade texture, and lively fruity accents.
Crispy, golden, delicate... Fagottini are those sweets that, with just one bite, transport you to an Italian patisserie. Each of these small packages hides a soft cherry filling inside, with just the right balance between sweetness and acidity, which awakens the palate without being cloying.
Made by Flamigni, a pastry house founded in 1930, these fagottini respect the tradition of Italian artisanal pastry: light doughs, natural fillings, careful processes. No rushing. Just well-chosen ingredients and a lot of care in every detail.
Perfect for those moments when you fancy something special: accompanying a coffee, surprising with a tray of sweets, or giving a gift to someone who knows how to enjoy life's little pleasures.
INGREDIENTS: Soft wheat flour, 27% cherry filling (cherry puree, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, concentrated lemon juice, thickener: pectin; acidifier: citric acid; natural flavor), butter, sugar, pasteurized eggs, potato starch, concentrated lemon juice, glucose syrup, corn starch, raising agents: sodium bicarbonate, disodium diphosphate; wheat starch, salt, flavorings.

Originality, novelty and freshness

At Flamigni, innovation and tradition come together in the pursuit of taste and quality.

History of the “Flamigni” House
Its founders, brothers Armando, Lieto, and Aurelio Flamigni, opened their pastry shop in Piazza Saffi, Forlì, back in 1930. Within a few years, their shops had multiplied, becoming a must-visit for all travelers from the north vacationing on the Adriatic Riviera. Everything changed in the 1970s thanks to the vision of the new owner, Marco Buli, son-in-law of one of the founders, who managed to increase production while maintaining the same quality standards, first for turrón, the star product of those years, and then, from the 1980s onward, also for baked goods, particularly panettone. The company continues to offer specialty products today, paying attention to every detail, from the selection of ingredients to the packaging.
