Colomba Flamigni with Limoncello Cream: the Italian dessert that tastes of sunshine, coast, and tradition.
Imagine the aroma of lemon trees in southern Italy, the sparkle of the Mediterranean Sea, and that light breeze that invites you to celebrate life. All of that, concentrated in one dessert. This is how this version of the classic colomba is, filled with a delicate limoncello cream, the artisanal lemon liqueur born in the Amalfi region.
The colomba, a symbol of peace and rebirth, is the typical Easter sweet in Italy. Its fluffy slow-fermented dough (with sourdough) merges in this recipe with the citrusy freshness of limoncello, creating a soft, aromatic, and refreshing experience, perfect for those who love surprising flavors.
Signed by Flamigni, master confectioners since 1930, who keep the tradition alive with artisanal processes and the selection of top-quality ingredients.

Originality, novelty and freshness

At Flamigni, innovation and tradition come together in the pursuit of taste and quality.

History of the “Flamigni” House
Its founders, brothers Armando, Lieto, and Aurelio Flamigni, opened their pastry shop in Piazza Saffi, Forlì, back in 1930. Within a few years, their shops had multiplied, becoming a must-visit for all travelers from the north vacationing on the Adriatic Riviera. Everything changed in the 1970s thanks to the vision of the new owner, Marco Buli, son-in-law of one of the founders, who managed to increase production while maintaining the same quality standards, first for turrón, the star product of those years, and then, from the 1980s onward, also for baked goods, particularly panettone. The company continues to offer specialty products today, paying attention to every detail, from the selection of ingredients to the packaging.
