Our history
Our founders, brothers Armando, Lieto, and Aurelio Flamigni, opened their pastry shop in Piazza Saffi, Forlì, back in 1930. Within a few years, their shops had multiplied, becoming a must-stop for all travelers from the north vacationing on the Adriatic Riviera. Everything changed in the 1970s thanks to the inspiration of the new owner, Marco Buli, son-in-law of one of the founders, who managed to increase volumes while maintaining the same quality standards, first for nougat, the star product of those years, and then, from the 1980s onward, also for baked goods, particularly panettone. The company continues to offer specialty products today, taking care of every detail, from the choice of ingredients to the packaging.
