Colomba Stuffed with Pistachio 950g
FLAM_D1081
Colomba Flamigni with pistachio, white chocolate, and walnuts: the taste of Italian spring in every bite.
There are desserts you never forget. This colomba is one of them. With the softness of a slowly fermented sourdough, as Italian tradition dictates, but with a gourmet touch that makes it unique: a creamy pistachio filling, wrapped in a layer of white chocolate and topped with crunchy walnut pieces.
Did you know that the colomba is the typical Easter sweet in Italy? Its dove shape represents peace, and each pastry shop adds its own personal touch to this centuries-old recipe. Since 1930, Flamigni has been synonymous with quality and craftsmanship: they select premium ingredients, respect fermentation times, and create sweets that are true works of art.
This version is ideal for those looking for something beyond the classic: an elegant combination of the softness of pistachios, the sweetness of white chocolate, and the perfect contrast of walnuts.

Originality, novelty and freshness

At Flamigni, innovation and tradition come together in the pursuit of taste and quality.

Our history
Our founders, brothers Armando, Lieto, and Aurelio Flamigni, opened their pastry shop in Piazza Saffi, Forlì, back in 1930. Within a few years, their shops had multiplied, becoming a must-stop for all travelers from the north vacationing on the Adriatic Riviera. Everything changed in the 1970s thanks to the inspiration of the new owner, Marco Buli, son-in-law of one of the founders, who managed to increase volumes while maintaining the same quality standards, first for nougat, the star product of those years, and then, from the 1980s onward, also for baked goods, particularly panettone. The company continues to offer specialty products today, taking care of every detail, from the choice of ingredients to the packaging.
