Colomba Flamigni Classic: the Italian tradition that needs no introduction.
There are flavors that never go out of style. Flavors that tell stories. Colomba classica is one of them: the dessert that in Italy marks the arrival of spring and Easter, with its unmistakable dove shape—a symbol of peace and hope—and that perfect combination of soft dough, sweet raisins, and crunchy almonds.
What makes this colomba unique isn't just its recipe, but how it's made: with sourdough, slow fermentation, and respecting the time required for artisanal production. Flamigni, a pastry shop founded in 1930, takes care of every detail to offer a fluffy, aromatic dessert topped with whole almonds and a touch of pearl sugar that gives it texture and character.
A perfect choice for those who value authenticity, well-made work, and what doesn't need any artifice to win people over.

Originality, novelty and freshness

At Flamigni, innovation and tradition come together in the pursuit of taste and quality.

Our history
Our founders, brothers Armando, Lieto, and Aurelio Flamigni, opened their pastry shop in Piazza Saffi, Forlì, back in 1930. Within a few years, their shops had multiplied, becoming a must-stop for all travelers from the north vacationing on the Adriatic Riviera. Everything changed in the 1970s thanks to the inspiration of the new owner, Marco Buli, son-in-law of one of the founders, who managed to increase volumes while maintaining the same quality standards, first for nougat, the star product of those years, and then, from the 1980s onward, also for baked goods, particularly panettone. The company continues to offer specialty products today, taking care of every detail, from the choice of ingredients to the packaging.
